“Words cannot describe how much I love T&N! Here is my story... I am Danny I'm 40 years old (for context). My wife and I own a 2 bedroom condo here in Westchester. Our unit was originally built in 1979, and to be honest it's barely been updated since then. After several years of saving, we decided to pull the trigger and update our condo by remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms. In addition to those, we also had a handful of odd jobs we needed to take care of, like replacing the shelves in our pantry, fixing our front door and installing new closet systems in the bedrooms. I've worked with other contractors in the past, but no one in the Los Angeles area, so we decided to get a few bids for our project. With so many competing contractors out there, it's really hard to choose one. So I hopped on yelp, found a few construction businesses with great reviews and reached out to them. It was there that I came across T&N. Besides a couple of insanely high bids most of the bids we got were within 10% of each other cost-wise, so rather than chose a contractor based price, we decided to chose based on how much we trusted them to get the job done quickly and at the highest level of quality. It was here that T&N really came ahead. They were clear, upfront and honest about the scope and price of this project. They even made a handful of creative suggestions that saved us a ton of money. The project was managed Aiden who was awesome and easy going. The crew who did the work was absolutely top notch. They showed up promptly and reliably everyday. They cleaned up after themselves and their quality of work was absolutely awesome! One of the wildest things was how fast everything went. They finished our entire job in two weeks. But I'm pretty sure they could have finished everything in a week (if we didn't have to wait on Lowe's for a bunch of the materials). Our remodel is now complete, and we experienced no problems from beginning to end. There were no issues with the money part of things, as all of the payments were clearly laid out at the beginning of the project. So no issues there. I really felt like Aiden cared about our project and wanted it to come out perfect. He made sure to check in with us daily to confirm that we were happy with the progress. And when there were any hiccups (there are always a few in any construction project), he resolved them immediately. Lastly, there were a handful of extras things that we added to the scope of our project after the initial estimate. Like adding new flooring in our closets and replacing all of the electrical outlets in our entire unit. These are things that my wife and I didn't realize we wanted when we initially got our estimate. In general, adding work along the way is where A LOT of contractors will try to take advantage of you. But not T&N... Aiden took those situations in stride. We never felt over-charged or taken advantage of. This is why we will remain loyal to T&N with any upcoming construction projects we have. I strongly recommend them! The people who worked on our project and did an amazing job are: Nico (flooring), daniel (countertops), Mario (drywall), Rene (electrical), Marlon (the best handyman ever!). “Our house was built in the 1950s, and the kitchen hadn't been updated since. So, as you might imagine, it was time for a kitchen upgrade. We had heard horror stories from friends who had worked with various contractors and construction companies, so we prepared ourselves for the worst. Thankfully, only the best happened with T&N Remodeling whom we found through Yelp. In fact, besides the typical banging and hammering that come with a remodel, it was an amazing experience. When we met with Aiden for the first time, he explained the entire process from start to finish. He also had some ideas for our kitchen remodel that turned out to be perfect. He was professional, patient, and prompt, ready to answer any questions or concerns we had along the way. Throughout the entire job, Aiden communicated with us daily, telling us what they were working on, who was on their way over, and what the schedule would be for the following day. As with construction, and living through a pandemic, things occur that you can't anticipate (e.g. window delays because of shipping). However, Aiden did a beautiful job of making sure that we knew exactly what was happening. It was clear how important it was for them to get us a working kitchen as fast as possible. For five straight weeks, the crew worked Monday through Saturday. We were incredibly impressed with the final results. As you can see from the pictures, the kitchen turned out absolutely beautiful. We are so happy with our new kitchen and can't say enough good things about T&N Remodeling.
