Site Evaluation and Feasibility
We evaluate access, setbacks, soil, utilities, and existing drainage. For remodels, we assess shell condition, plumbing, and equipment to determine what genuinely needs replacing.
Design, Engineering, and Permits
Plans cover the pool structure, plumbing, electrical bonding, safety barriers, and deck. We submit for permit and manage plan-check comments through approval.
Excavation and Structure
For new pools, excavation is followed by steel placement, plumbing rough-in, and gunite or shotcrete application, with inspections at each stage. Remodels begin with demolition of the failing surface.
Equipment, Decking, and Barriers
Pumps, filtration, heating, and controls are installed and bonded. Decking, coping, and the required safety barriers go in around the shell.
Finish, Fill, and Startup
Tile and interior finish are applied, the pool is filled, and we run the startup process that conditions a new surface. We hand over equipment operation and water-chemistry guidance at the final walkthrough.
