Accessibility Statement

Our Goal

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we build pages with that standard in mind. We have not had the website independently audited, so we do not claim that every page conforms.

What We Have Built In

• A skip-to-content link at the top of every page
• Page regions marked up as header, navigation, main content and footer
• Labels on the fields of our quote form, with errors described in text and announced to screen readers
• A visible focus outline for keyboard users

Known Limitations

Some content comes from other services, and we cannot fully control how accessible it is: embedded YouTube videos, the Google Map on our projects page, and the Google reCAPTCHA check on our form. Project galleries and older blog posts may have gaps we have not found yet, including images without a useful text description.

Our pages also show an accessibility toolbar provided by Accessibilik, which offers display adjustments. It is an extra option, not a substitute for accessible pages, and we do not rely on it to meet the standard above.
