Site Assessment
We check how the yard currently drains, what is growing there, and how the space gets used, since a pet run, a play area, and a display lawn call for different base and infill choices.
Product Selection
Pile height, density, color blend, and infill are chosen for the actual use. We show samples in your yard, in daylight, because turf looks different outdoors than in a showroom.
Excavation and Drainage
Existing lawn and soil are removed to depth, drainage is added where the site needs it, and a weed barrier is placed before the base goes in.
Base Construction and Compaction
Aggregate is placed and compacted in lifts, then screeded and checked for flatness. This is the phase that determines whether the finished lawn is smooth in three years.
Installation, Infill, and Grooming
Turf is laid to a planned grain direction, seamed, anchored at the perimeter, and cut to fit. Infill is brushed in to set the pile upright, and we groom the finished surface before handover.
