System Selection and Permit
We specify the assembly, including underlayment, fire rating, and any cool-roof compliance, and pull the re-roof permit for the work.
Tear-Off and Deck Repair
The existing covering is removed and the deck is inspected. Damaged sheathing is replaced before anything new goes down, and we show you what we found.
Underlayment, Flashing, and Covering
Underlayment, new flashing at every penetration and intersection, and the finish covering are installed to the manufacturer specification that the warranty depends on.
Inspection and Cleanup
The city inspects the completed roof. We magnet-sweep the property for fasteners, remove all debris, and hand over the manufacturer warranty documentation.
