What to Expect

Measurement and Layout
We measure the area, check existing slope and drainage, and mark the layout on the ground so you can see the actual footprint before anything is removed.
Demolition and Haul-Off
Existing surfaces are broken out and removed. We check what is underneath at this stage, since old work often hides poor base or unmarked utilities.
Grading, Base, and Forms
Subgrade is cut and compacted, base material is placed in lifts, and forms are set to the finished slope. Reinforcement is placed and supported off the base.
Pour or Paver Installation
Concrete is placed, finished to the specified texture, and jointed. Paver work is screeded, laid, cut at edges, and locked in with edge restraints.
Curing, Sealing, and Handover
Concrete is cured before it takes traffic, and any specified sealer is applied after the cure. We explain when the surface can take foot and vehicle traffic so early use does not damage it.
