“Where to start?! This is a late review because I just had a baby right after the project was over, and the last 2 months have been crazy hectic. But here we go :) Background: Our family house has never been renovated since we bought it over 15 years ago. My husband and I were expecting our first child in early July, and we desperately wanted to get our kitchen renovated before the baby arrived. However, we only started looking into remodeling in April, and we were very short on time. We met with several contractors, and we ultimately decided to go with T&N because of the following reasons: 1) We really liked Aidan! He was the most personable and honest of all the contractors we spoke to. We felt comfortable working with him. He didn't make it seem like "business" but he seemed like a next door neighbor who was an expert in remodeling. 2) The estimate was reasonable - not too cheap and not too expensive. Aidan broke down every detail, and we knew when the payments would be due way in advance. 3) Most importantly, Aidan promised us that the remodeling would be done before my due date. All the other contractors we spoke to said that it would be impossible to finish by early July. One even said it would take 6 months...! Once we decided to go with T&N, Aidan guided us in picking out a color theme, style, floors, quartz countertop, backsplash...basically everything because my husband and I have never done any remodeling before. Communication with Aidan was excellent. And I really appreciate the one time that Aidan visited our house (while husband and I were at work) just to check on our dog because the workers said that he was barking in the bedroom. We didn't even ask him to check on our dog. He just did it on his own accord. We really appreciated that. Of course with any big projects, there were some hiccups, delays, and stuff that needed to be checked more than once. But in the end, we were very satisfied with the result. And most most importantly, the project was finished within 6.5 weeks (started in mid May and ended in late June). My baby came out a week earlier than the expected due date too, and the project was still finished earlier. Thanks Aidan & team!”
