“I am writing this review sitting at my brand new peninsula waterfall countertop that Idan from T&N inspired me to get. We are so over the moon thrilled with the kitchen renovation we did with them. Idan easily stood out from the beginning with his energy and eye for detail. After interviewing several contractors I chose to go with T&N because I immediately felt there was a level of trust that IDan's expertise and attention to detail easily established. The plan was to finish the renovation before moving in and Idan kept to his timeline! Even though I could not check in on the project everyday because of my work schedule, I could count on Idan to make sure everything was going well. His daily updates were great! I always knew what portion of the project was being worked on and by the end of the day he would send picture updates. I could also text him any time any day and he always promptly replied (tried not to do this too often). renovations are extremely stressful as hiccups and unforeseen issues almost always come up. Even though I had budgeted for this, our big hiccup was having to update the electrical panel. This was potentially a huge obstacle for us but thankfully my contractor was able to work with us and helped us navigate through and we couldn't be happier! We are now moved in and I can say my kitchen is not only gorgeous but so functional. I highly recommend T&N if you are looking for a contractor that is professional, timely, and can help you with design and functionality within your budget. I was always given many choices within my budget but also was able to see upgrades and decide without any pressure. Everyone from the plumber to electrician or the painters--all friendly, courteous and maintained covid precautions! We will miss working with them but are so happy to enjoy our home! I can honestly say by the end of the project Idan became a friend not just my contractor. It's a family run business and they make you feel like part of the family from beginning to end. “We hired Tal and Noy to do a complete remodel of a very old condo. We basically demoed the space to the studs. The project was complicated, the plans were tricky, and the inspectors were difficult. But through it all, the one constant reliable presence kept us moving forward... Tal. He and Noy understand the anxiety construction causes, and their warmth and calm demeanor carried the day. Tal helped us manage the costs by finding great vendors for jobs not included in our bid. We remodeled the kitchen, three bathrooms, two bedrooms, and the living room, so all those savings really added up. They are very good people, and do their job with integrity and respect. When you hire a contractor, you are getting into a relationship with someone, good or bad. Tal works very hard to make sure it is a good relationship. For that, I'm forever grateful.”
