We assess soil conditions, zoning restrictions, utility connections, and grading requirements. A geotechnical report and topographic survey inform the foundation design and site plan.
Architectural Design and Engineering
Licensed architects develop floor plans, elevations, and interior details. Structural, mechanical, and civil engineers complete the technical drawings required for permit submission.
Permitting and Entitlements
We submit the full plan set to the building department, respond to plan-check comments, and obtain grading, building, and utility permits. HOA or design-review approvals are managed in parallel when required.
Foundation Through Framing
